Data Robotics recently released version 2.0.1 of the Drobo Dashboard for Mac OS X.

It is designed to provide simple, fast, and reliable data replication for your small business. Simple to setup and schedule, Drobo Sync seamlessly replicates your data to another DroboPro FS on your network or VPN ensuring data availability in case of disaster.
Businesses of all sizes are receiving great benefits from virtualizing their servers. Saving money is an easy decision, which has made deploying free versions of server virtualization the most popular IT project in recent times, both for test/dev and in production. Many small and agile companies rely on the availability of low cost equipment to support their storage and networking requirements. However, without considering the overall goals and requirements, this may result in insufficient throughput and poor reliability. I am going to discuss the structural elements in a small storage network which can cater for the majority of small/medium sized businesses.
